Join Firebird for this immersive & relaxing sensory experience to honor April's Full Moon in Libra. During this 90 minute session, we will work with sound, reiki, and our collective positive vibrations to uncover a grounded sense of peace and harmony.
We'll begin with some gentle breath, movement, and guided meditation to allow us to fully settle into our bodies and our sacred space together. You are then invited to enjoy an extended sound journey, lovingly facilitated using an array of traditional & modern analog instruments, which each have their own unique healing sounds & vibrations.
You'll have the opportunity to receive hands-on (or hands-off) Reiki healing energy at different points throughout your journey, which will encourage relaxation, and allow the life force of the universe to flow through you & align with your intentions.
Our intention for this experience is to allow these healing vibrations to guide us to a place of oneness with ourselves, each other, and the whole planet. We will welcome divine balance in all of its forms, and give our physical and subtle bodies a chance to rest and reset their scales. We will honor and welcome connection to our plant allies, calling upon their spirit of individual expansion and collective support. We will seal this experience with a nourishing herbal tea to ground us back into our bodies.
At the end we'll reserve some time for quiet reflection, and optional sharing of intentions for the next moon cycle.
